Storage and deletion

Your inquiries are processed as follows:

Stored as JSON files in the project directory under data/event-inquiries/ and data/reservation-inquiries/

Confirmation e-mail sent to the address you provided

Retention period to be defined by the business

Deletion: Your data will be deleted after the retention period has expired or upon your written request, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Fonts

The fonts used are loaded locally from the server; no connection to external font services is established.

Maps

On the contact page, OpenStreetMap is loaded only after you click. No data is transferred to OpenStreetMap before the click. After clicking, the privacy terms of OpenStreetMap apply.
