We process personal data only to the extent necessary to handle your request. The following forms are used:

Reservation inquiry (from 9 guests)

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Number of guests
  • Preferred date (optional)
  • Preferred time (optional)
  • Message (optional)

Purpose: Handling your request and, if necessary, contacting you to coordinate date and details.

Legal basis

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR: Processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request.
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR: Legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and preventing spam.

Storage and deletion

Your inquiries are processed as follows:

  • Stored as JSON files in the project directory under data/event-inquiries/ and data/reservation-inquiries/
  • Notification sent to office@cafestein.at
  • Confirmation e-mail sent to the address you provided
Retention period to be defined by the business

Deletion: Your data will be deleted after the retention period has expired or upon your written request, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties. Technical service providers (hosting and mail providers) may be used as processors:

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking tools or web analytics services. No automated user profiles are created.

Fonts

The fonts used are loaded locally from the server; no connection to external font services is established.

Maps

On the contact page, OpenStreetMap is loaded only after you click. No data is transferred to OpenStreetMap before the click. After clicking, the privacy terms of OpenStreetMap apply.
